Hey, everybody!

So, I'm sure you have all given up hope on me; thought I'd died, gotten H1N1, forgotten about you all, or whatever. HOWEVER that's not true, I promise! I've simply been suuuper swamped with school and life and blah that I've had ZERO time to dedicate to art in general, not to mention uploading anything new on here for you guys since school. I'm going to try to get some pictures of anything interesting I've done lately up here though, just so I don't feel as bad.

BIG NEWS!!!

One of my pieces has been accepted at Julia's Gallery for Young Artists for a show called Fashionably Late, running in conjunction with the show Elegantly Attired at the Farnsworth Art Museum in Rockland, Maine. Super excited for the opening, which is on November 21, at which I can finally get a few pictures of my piece, since I didn't get to before I submitted it. The theme was (basically): How did fashion affect history and how did history affect fashion? [link] I'm not planning on selling my piece, however if some crazy person is like DYING t have it for some reason, I'm not just going to turn away.

Other than that, nothing big has been going on. I'm on the honor roll in my school (yay!) aaand I've had to write incredible amounts this year. It's craziness. So that's it for now. I'll try not to go so long before the next time I update!!
